Great manager who was flexible and understanding of schedule changes
Competitive pay for the work
Cons
Unlimited PTO isn’t really unlimited of course and it’s very difficult to determine what is an appropriate amount versus too much. Just too stressful.
Used to get paid holidays and then they decided to take it away so only salaried employees got holidays off and still got paid for it.
Very difficult to build relationships and opportunities for advancement. Usually if someone leaves their responsibilities were absorbed by someone else without the promotion
