The partnership is driven by profit above all else. Appears that salaries are below industry standards. Firm presents as a positive culture, but little real support given to employees when they have a problem unless you are a favourite.

Partners don't micromanage and teams are all different with career opportunities for change. Starting to improve tech with capable IT is refreshing.

Cons

Some partners are still stuck in their old ways so not keeping up with the firm changes.

Other secretaries amazing to work with and free snacks

Cons

Accepted culture of treatment by partners and other senior lawyers in certain teams was horrid. Also high work load with very little recognition and treated like you were ‘below’ the lawyers instead of part of the same team.
