Pros

Great staff discount. Majority of staff good to work with.

Cons

Management can be disrespectful, incompetent and many are unable to lead a team. It is also quite evident that some have favourites. Lack of communication. No planning. You are expected to do a job with no lead time and you have to drop everything you're doing, just to get it done. A lot of the time, people are expected to do other peoples jobs due to favouritism. Newer staff are given huge workloads and expected to complete it all with no help and no proper training. Work is always manic. As there is no planning and everything is done last minute, staff are unable to plan for the future or make improvements. High rate of turnover with many made redundant with annual cuts every January and February. These are not dealt with professionally and what little communication there is, comes to a stop, resulting in staff morale declining. Staff are unable to move up and wages are very poor.
