The company has clear vision and strategies to get there which is very compelling. Maintaining a healthy work/life balance is encouraged. Managment is very supportive. There is free online training available in a number of subjects. All the staff a very friendly, hard working and supportive. There are people from all corners of the world, it's very multi cultural which creates a dynamic working environment.

Cons

Senior leadership could be more clear, transparent and open with communication. Senior leadership is not truly cognisant of the resource and technology constraints and their impact on progress and potential growth. Potential career growth is unclear.

Pros

Although the package is very reasonable, working with this company is rewarding. All through my 5 years at HC, have always found people encouraging cross learning. with people from all corners of world, it is very multi cultural & dynamic environment.

Cons

Pay package needs to be looked into to be in par with industry & not compare it with parent company. Needs a bit more transparency in this. Career wise growth is not rewarding.
