      Head office had no clue how to run the business. Putting the same shoe in different colours in the window. Putting shoes in window which our bread and butter customers would buy regardless. Funny how I ignored that plan and during sale I put our nice boots in the window and we then had customers who had never shopped in hotter before saying how nice it was. Lack of decent pos. Didn't shout about the offers
