      Pros

      The experience at HowNow has been very positive. The team are great to work with and everybody likes to help. The founders in particular are very personable. They know the market well and support us. It's also a very social company and there are always fun things to get stuck into. There are lots of opportunities for growth and trying new ideas.

      Cons

      Processes are not all fully defined but we are fleshing them out as we go. This is normal with any company that is growing so not really unexpected.

      Pros

      - Great benefits and work life balance - Over the last 12 months specifically, there’s been a real focus on improving the product. We’re at a place where we are building something really exciting. - Founders and People team work hard to consistently make it a great place to work. - Culture here is great. Genuinely work with some fab people.

      Cons

      - The progression could be faster as we are a scale-up, however there is lots of opportunity to learn, take on new responsibilities outside of your day to day job which you wouldn’t be exposed to in other businesses, so can’t really complain.

      A start up so if you like lots of structure it’s not for you.
