Pros
Inclusive and collaborative leadership team; positive, friendly work environment with lots of opportunities for social time; a real sense of working together toward a shared goal; excellent communication across the team; great office, a really nice space to work.
Cons
It can be extremely busy on some days; however, I prefer that to being bored at work! Leadership team should continue to actively seek opportunities to make the team more diverse.
