Hubtype is a great place to work. The company culture is open and supportive, encouraging creativity and collaboration across all teams. As a Design Lead, I feel empowered to grow, lead meaningful projects, and contribute to the product’s success. The team is talented and passionate, and management truly listens to our ideas and feedback. The work-life balance and flexible remote options make it even better.

Cons

The work environment and growth opportunities are excellent, though the salary is below the very top of the market range.
