Pros
- stimulating challenges - very flexible (work hours, remote work, organization) - great diversity (places and people) - you get to really contribute and shape things up, not just executing - transparency from management
Cons
- can be a bit overwhelming at first - no real task planning which can be destabilizing - coming from a classic company the full remote experience can feel a bit isolating at first
