      Pros

      Very understanding chief management /HR head office and lovely co working colleagues. Support for such demanding emotional energy work.

      Cons

      The actual branch senior managers differ from site to site and so do (charity) fund allocations it seems. It's obviously demanding emotional work and isn't for every one, but there is support.
