Got let go without any explanation

Overall the people I worked with were nice and supportive. The company sounded like they were heading towards a new exciting chapter.
Cons
I got let go without any explanation. I had monthly reviews with my line manager, and all seemed to go smoothly except for minor feedback issues. I was invited to a meeting without warning that this meeting might lead to me being let go. This came to me as a complete surprise, and I asked if I could be given another chance to 'fix' anything that seemed unfit to no avail. 'People of culture' were present in the discussion and they didn't do anything to defend me, or research if the allegation where true or not. On top of this, there is no clear way and transparency to give feedback, or even have a Career Framework to help you identify where you can improve on your skills despite my bringing this up multiple times.
