Pros
small studio worked in person know everyone working together if you worked late you would get free food the boss will hire anyone
Cons
the boss will try and pay you less than you deserve there aren't enough employees so you must do double the work there are high expectations with no communication not a minority friendly environment will be forced to work late with no pay no idea if you will come to work until the last minute and if you don't come into work you don't get paid for that day there are no senior animators left huge turnover because people keep quitting and the boss keeps burning bridges
