Pros
You will be exposed to a wide range of technologies and clients. There is a really good breadth of engineering knowledge across all the major disciplines. A number of awesome senior engineers are supporting and developing the talents of bright and eager juniors and everyone else in between are good to work with
Cons
The choice of some of the project operational tools is a hangover from Hydrix’s early years as a software development company and need to be modernised and more client focused

Pros
Work-life balance: HR was very strict about maintaining a healthy worklife balance. If you worked overtime, you would get that time back in-lieu. It is the only company I have ever worked at which does that. The people: The people here are truly world leading engineers and scientists. Management gave them the tools they needed to flourish then stepped aside. Everyone is friendly and approachable. - Monthly pizza lunches, as an engineer, this was a big plus.
Cons
Probably a better work forecasting system needs to be put in place. But other than that there were few downsides.
