      Very smart and talented individuals

      Cons

      Lack of communication between all departments People are very cliquey and unprofessional in the way they treat coworkers No clear definition of leadership No training Unrealistic expectations - responsibilities outside the scope of your role - titles are meaningless Work life balance does not exist If you're going to pay bonus, clearly define the goals to receive a bonus

      Fun environment, lots of young people, cool clients

      Cons

      A ton of people left in the short time I was there, not much room for growth, little to no training with managers who don’t really know how to manage, very cliquey and never felt comfortable voicing concerns. Long hours and sometimes weekends.
