      Pros

      - amazing people/talent across the entire org - building a product that works to solve real problems

      Cons

      - there’s some work to do to ‘fix/rebuild’ employer branding post RIFs, which should happen organically. There’s a good amount of people who have rejoined the business (still ongoing) which is also a very positive sign coming from previous employees

      Pros

      The product is amazing and customers are blown away. The initial concept of setting target accuracy and the way we measure automation success challenges conventional document processing wisdom , but once understood customers and partners are very quickly blown away by the levels of success achieved. The people here are fantastic and there is a real winning mentality which is pushing the company in the right direction. The benefits here are well documented and with the childcare stipend on top it is truly an industry-leading package.

      Cons

      It's again well documented and you can see in some of the reviews on here that it has been a very challenging year, as like a lot of tech companies we have let good people go due to mistakes made during the hyper growth phase and the wider macro economic climate. Do not let that detract you from joining what is a very progressive company with the best tech and best people in the industry.

      - Very nice product with lots of future prospection - Benefits are great - Tech work can be challenging.

      Cons

      - As any startup, there's some dispersion in the efforts and alignment of the vision of higher management, middle management and employees.
