A good company to work for

Pros

As any startup, it has its ups and downs. You get to work with some really smart people, so you get to learn a lot along the way.

Cons

Sometimes decision making could feel chaotic, the company is still looking for it's place under the sun.

Pros

The CSMs/IMs I worked with were fantastic! My managers and the VP I worked for were amazing, and they helped me develop into a better worker and person. The engineering team worked really hard in resolving customers' issues and provided me with knowledge of the product that I was able to use to help resolve customers' issues.

Cons

Very disappointed with the CEO and the leadership team. Instead of letting go of the people responsible for the large sales miss, they let go of the hard-working people that made the product what it is today. Customers buy a product knowing they will have a strong support system, now that strong support system is gone. With the large shake-up that just happened, it's hard to see that Hyperscience will recover from this. I see a large number of customers leaving HS and current employees leaving as well. A large shake-up like this for a small start-up company is not a good sign. I feel bad for the hard-working employees for what is next to come to Hyperscience but I DO NOT feel bad for the CEO.
