Pros

Good work-life balance, not expected to work past 5pm. Good colleagues and team culture.

Cons

Too little investment in technology to support the expected volume of alerts, meaning analysts are too tempted to rush investigations. Key projects and the customer base are concentrated in Europe; Asian offices exist mainly to keep operations running.

Pros

- Exposure to a lot of different security tools - Exposure to multinational working environments - Flexible working hours and location - Supportive colleagues - Unlimited medical outpatient benefit - Good annual leave amount - Supportive learning and improvement (they pay your certification program and renewal)

Cons

- Management direction can change unreasonably - They communicate mostly in French but if you are learning the language, you can improve yourself - WFH rule (2 days at home) is not followed. They insist to WIO even though if there are public holidays in that week that count as 'WFH'. This is absurd. - Some racism did occur in the past - You are expected to know how to run the show even if some clients are not your client - Some colleague may seem nice but backstab you, so you need to be careful

Pros

Good for beginners to start their path in cybersecurity

Cons

Better to move out once you become solid in the career, low room for growth
