- They don’t know what they are looking for a non-technical position - All teams’ leaders are being managed under this 1 person, and all decision are made by him only. President won’t be involved other than for business related issues - Just stay away from this company if you are applying for non-technical position because no matter what you do, even though you complete all the certifications within a good amount of time, you can suddenly being let go with no reason. Your daily tasks won’t be determined; it will change based on what this specific person wants
