I have been working at IAV Automotive Engineering full-time
Pros
The colleagues are very nice and innovative projects. Work and Life balance can definitely kept.
Cons
The location is not so attractive.
Pros
1) Good company for students. 2) Nice colleagues.
Cons
1) This company offers limited contract and after two years gives a lot of stress to give permanent contract. 2) Chances to progress in company are limited 3) Sometimes have work and sometimes losses projects and have no work for employees 4) Stressful work environment. 5) They have made changes in their contract in 2019. Now, the pay structure for newly hired employees is worse then the pay structure offered to employees hired in 2018.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at IAV Automotive Engineering full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
It is good for 1-2 years max, then you start to realize how poor the management is in this place. Vacation time is generous, but you have to use vacation for any sick time.
Cons
Benefits are poor, medical provider changes way too often. Management is not transparent, layoffs every year.

"Company has lost all direction"

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at IAV Automotive Engineering full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Vacation time is generous. (no sick days though, so don't get sick)
Cons
Benefits are OK at best (401k match maxed at 5k, which is super low for the industry). Pay is on the lower end of industry, yearly increases are very low usually do not cover cost of living/ inflation. Management has ZERO accountability, everyone will sit in a meeting and just talk about what could be done when it comes to do it no one will do anything. The entire company is "all talk". When you are working on a project expect the direction from management to change 50 times a day (not customer driven changes).
