* IGM Metall contract condition (30 vacation days p.a., long-weekend off-work days) * Good career path options, annual evaluation where employee has a say on his options * Great range of jobs in lots of up-and-coming technical fields * Employer willing to push culture and way of working towards international standards * German language not strictly required among technical roles * Competitive salary

* Lack of on-site cafeteria (in Berlin, the HQ of the company) * Some conditions of the IGM Metall contract are at times circumvented by the management (e.g. somewhat inflexible vacation day allowance) * Traveling required between different locations, traveling conditions are at times not ideal * Management pushing in favor of long, sometimes unnecessary, meetings
