      Pros

      Great to learn how a small company works. You will do a lot of different things, no time to get bored! Management appreciates and rewards your hard work. Great connections and learning opportunities. Friendly employees and management.

      Cons

      Can be a lot of hard work and sometimes late hours. Can be quite stressful and demanding. All the company speaks fluent english but living in Sweden without knowing Swedish can be tough when communicating by phone.

      • I could choose different working time as a part-time worker • challenging tasks • Pet friendly working place • pleasant colleagues

      Cons

      I was the only one person who was in charge of financal tasks. Therefore I got in troubles many times without appropriate help. Though I’ve learned a lot in my own as well.
