      Thanks for your review. As you have undoubtedly experienced, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are very important at IDEX. And yes, we can be lean. We lack significant layers of bureaucracy, with our business units given a great deal of autonomy. It's not for everyone, but was continue to thrive by giving people the freedom to do their jobs with few constraints. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
