Lack of growth opportunities Average remuneration Management takes no accountability Micromanagement

Toxic culture, people in high positions with over inflated importance and salary… Management do not listen and lie to your face. No acceptance of responsibility very much “not my job” culture. If you go back 6 years in these reviews are still the same and yet nothing is done. How this company is still solvent is beyond me: The amount of consultants is an indication of how poor people are at their jobs… and in true IFF style they pay for the basic so no follow up is ever done and this causes constant confusion. Everything is a “tick box” excersize with no real concern or care for employees. Many of the accreditations they have they should not have achieved so they obviously lie and massage data… For example they promote “flexible, hybrid and home working” as options colleagues were made redundant as could not move to a hub!! Management bring in their own team of “yes men” with no interviews for current employees.
