      Structured organization with welcoming people, but collaboration is tough

      Very structured organization, very welcoming people, lot of resources available to learn about your role and responsibilities.

      Cons

      Due to team members being dispersed across very large geographical distances and time zones, harder to collaborate.

      Poor management and extreme pressure in a toxic environment.

      Nothing to be mentioned as this has become the worst now.

      Cons

      Extreme uncertainty Massive work pressure, toxic work environment and extremely poor management. As a result of layoffs, technical roles are expected to play the roles of BA and QA saying everyone should be able to do everything. Assigning people from non technical backgrounds to technical roles and they solely depend on AI to take decisions which has become a joke. This company will soon be in a huge lose as a result of poorly planned new way of working, lack of resources and moving from product based to project based.
