I had one of the most disappointing professional experiences at IGT Solutions' Pune office. This company has some of the worst management practices I’ve ever encountered, and the overall work culture is extremely poor and toxic.
1. Toxic Work Environment & Poor Management:
The office environment is downright toxic. There is no sense of professionalism or mutual respect, either from the management or among colleagues. Constructive feedback is rare—instead, employees are often insulted, humiliated, and demoralized, even in front of others. Teamwork and employee growth are clearly not priorities here.
2. Extreme Favoritism:
Favoritism is rampant and deeply ingrained in the system. Promotions, recognitions, and even basic respect seem reserved for a select few, often based on personal bias rather than merit or hard work. If you're not in the “favored circle,” don’t expect fairness or opportunities.
3. Horrendous Cafeteria Facilities:
The cafeteria is an absolute joke. There’s barely anything available to eat, and if you do manage to find something, you’ll quickly realize there isn’t even a wash basin to clean your hands afterward. You’re actually forced to go to the toilet to wash up. It’s shocking and unhygienic for a company of this size.
4. Exploitative Training & Unpaid Overtime:
The training period is intentionally stressful with minimal support. Even during night shifts, employees are underpaid and expected to work extra hours without compensation. Refusing to do so gets you labeled as “non-cooperative” and can lead to further mistreatment. It felt less like onboarding and more like exploitation.
Final Thoughts:
I strongly advise against joining IGT Solutions Pune. You risk your mental health, self-respect, and peace of mind. No salary or title is worth enduring this level of toxicity and mismanagement. Please think twice before making a decision—you deserve better.
Unfortunately, the review system requires at least a 1-star rating to submit — but if it were possible to give zero or even negative stars, I absolutely would. This company doesn't even deserve a single star.
