      Pros

      Great atmosphere within the office and there's a very good exposure to senior personnel who are always willing to support you. The salary is very reasonable and there are opportunities for internal progression. Theres an emphasis on staff development

      Cons

      Working hours are often unstable therefore you have to be sure to be flexible. There has been conflict with departmental changeovers in the past.
