Very flexible, great training and supportive employees
Pros
- Flexible working hours - they trust you to get the job done and will agree to working hours that fit around your needs - Friendly and welcoming - when I started I sat down with different people of all authorities around the business and got to know more about what they do. Everyone is very approachable and welcome you with warm arms into the business - There is a lot of new opportunities to get involved in within Marketing and I've always been encouraged to take on new projects to learn more about the business - The HR team are great at training, boosting morale and keeping people in the loop (especially during COVID-19)
Cons
- There needs to be more communication about business development - It would be good to get more in-depth introductions to some new starters when they join - due to COVID and being such a global brand we don't always know who has started and when as we're not seeing them around the office anymore.
