No true company direction from the owner, whom keeps changing company direction the second he thinks he can make a quick buck. A long list of broken promises. Long Hours for Salary Employees, Low to Below Average Pay, Zero Pay Increases. Management is just a group of the owner's buddies. Management lacks any understanding of requirements for their position or the skills to perform their duties. Hostile work environment for anyone not sucking-up to the owner. Within 5 years the company has gone through 120+ people. Zero Work to Life Balance, the culture of the company centers around rumors and mistrust. The owner has lost touch with his own company.
