      Pay increases are determined and limited subject to the terms of each three-year contract. Difficult to re-entet mid-contract if you experience a medical leave.

      If you get in on the "in-club", you're golden.

      Cons

      If you're not in the "in-club", you'll get eaten up. Also, do your research on the contract they're potentially hiring you for if not in corporate. They've won many as the lowest bidder which makes it a nightmare.
