I have been working at INEOS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Forward thinking, ambitious, team work oriented, expectations to deliver the best, highest commitment to health and safety, management teams well structured.

    Cons

High workload but support given. Power of making decisions in your remit with full accountability.

    Advice to Management

Most people in the management are there because they outshine most people. INEOS is a great company to work for, your objectives are equally important down below the chain. Let's work together.

      No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at INEOS full-time for more than 5 years

      Pros

Immediate colleagues and line manager are fantastic, a genuinely great team to work with. There's also a focus on work life balance and keeping healthy, you're encouraged to take part in sport.

      Cons

Cost control is so extreme that it's to the detriment of efficiency because of sign off processes. Unless you're classed as what INEOS calls a "senior" employee you don't seem to matter at all, there's very little investment in training and development, career progression is nonexistent unless you're already one of the "trusted few" and you're only considered worthy of benefits if you're in the top 5% of employees.

      Advice to Management

      Value people more
