      Supportive team environment with good cooperation across departments. Great opportunity to learn the automotive parts industry and develop practical skills through hands-on experience. Management is approachable, and the company provides a stable workplace with room to grow.

      Cons

      Some processes could be more standardized, and communication between teams can occasionally be improved. As the company continues to grow, clearer systems and training programs would make the workplace even better.
