Worst management ever. Not providing enough training to new employee and company culture and in return expect high turn over, results driven, money and business hungry. For management only results matter and unfortunately hardowrk, dedication, professionalism and honesty has no value whatsoever. Also don't give proper feedback to employee and ask employee to let go. Don't give enough time and opportunity to any individual and expects big numbers or results from minute you start your work. Also management expectation is employee doesn't deserve enough time to learn and shouldn't have any sort of personal life. If you willing to work as donkey without any appreciation and acknowledgment, this is the place. I strongly say DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

My managers with Insys were lacking in communication, I never knew what to expect, how things were going and I was the one who took leadership in working closely with the upper management to know what was going on, never new when my contract was going to expire and it was very frustrating to be put into a position and then pretty much left on my own, thankfully I am at a level in my career to be able to do handle that but anyone else may have been completely lost. After a while I knew I was a one project hire and not someone they had any interest in finding more work for after AT&T was completed or expired.
