Terrible company to work for, managers cannot be trusted with confidential information despite being in a position of trust. The company is run with little care or consideration for their staff. Feedback is met with either 'At least you have a job' or 'You could work somewhere worse' - Not really a great attitude to have around your staff. Staff who are struggling tend to be told off/disciplined rather than being helped. If there was more compassion for the staff maybe this would be a more pleasant place to work, but staff are just seen as numbers and not as individuals.

- Lied to about support role not requiring to push sales - Weird micromanagement and questioning if you dare use the toilet twice in two hours - Long phone calls with IT illiterate people that don't listen - Customers can abuse you all they want - Shady business practices i.e. not disclosing that after 30 day trial you are locked into a 12 month contract - Sales team will straight up lie, or lie by omission when pushing services - Training pretty much throws you off the deep end - High turnover - that should tell you everything
