Fun environment to work in. Employees remained positive and upbeat environment. Upper management rewarded employees for their hard work through happy hours and career development programs.
Cons
Zero benefits, had to bring your own computer to work (company didn't offer one). Salaries are way below average. Upper management still held on to the idea that having the sales force go out and hit doors was still the best sales model. Didn't take advantage of any of the new technologies out on the market today for CRM.
Great office atmosphere, Great comission but it is a 100% comission job. Very high rate of turn over and no loyalty for many that have worked there for a while.
Cons
No leades... 100% comission and the fact that you have to be at work at 7:30 am that would be fine if reps were given a base comission.
