Cons
No health practitioners in senior management and executive which means no real experience delivering health care. This is frightening for a health care service to operate without real oversight from experienced people. I witnessed several issues with safe and effective care that were swept under the rug by an executive team that appeared more concerned with their reputation than the community they serve or their own staff.
