Time passes, the salary goes!

Cons

A horrible place!! All employees are not trained for the job they occupy, incompetent person. The manager is a doctor of 70 years which is not profi at all. You will not learn anything useful!

Good exposure of project and contract management.Good learning in international projects.Stable job being a psu.Advisable for short term assignments.

Cons

Higher positions reserved for railway employee only. No encouragement to learning and nurturing new talents. Bootlickers will have a regular promotions and growth.
