Pros

Close proximity to home. Free coffee. Casual attire.

Cons

Lack of leadership/No moral compass/Rudderless ship. Focused strictly on sales, nothing else. Corporate Governance is not their thing. Employee pettiness and bullying are common occurrences. Employees falling over themselves to please the 'big boss'. Public shaming is the management style. No provision or understanding of human rights issues. No provision or understanding of mental health issues as they relate to the workplace.

Pros

Get exposed to various clients.

Cons

Unethical environment. Money is spent on sales and none on development of technical staff. Morals and honesty to customers and vendors do not come into play at all.

Totally disorganized

Pros

Opportunity to learn enterprise security tools

Cons

Way too much ambiguity in policy/procedure for a cybersecurity company. Two teams will have entirely different methods of investigating/responding to security incidents. They do not provide even basic training in policy/procedure. Everything is implied, until there's a potential crisis, and management is finally forced to justify/articulate it. Very little governance/oversight/risk management activies as it pertains to new employees. Management is petty and vindictive, they are extremely selective in who they criticize and for what. When the whole team is making mistakes one member will invariable take the blame for it.
