      Pros

      There have been great people I've met along the way, people that deserve true recognition and appreciation. Benefits are above average.

      Cons

      Culture and "Leadership". Plain and simple. It's a very toxic work environment. There is inconsistency in following work policies, narcissistic executive leaders (sales, marketing, IT), seething disgruntlement, and now telling people they will be demoted and cut in pay. Director level feeds off off this toxicity and are very childish. Pointing fingers and the blame game are very popular at this level vs. working together as a team.

      Pros

      Vacations People are nice No quarterly focus Don't care about revenue--they are 'non profit'

      Cons

      Management has no clue Strategy=Accountability for management so no one does it No successful new products in 2 yrs of new management Senior leaders fight amongst themselves---unless CEO in room. There is no focus other than CEO and what he wants. Promise but no execution Talk but no actions to back up
