      opportunity to try out different technologies, php, drupal, .net, c#, big data, Java , support, network technologies

      none at the moment, as said, possibilities for different roles, no con really. you need to know where you're heading, and ask accordingly.

      Low paid causes High Turnover Paid is not competitive at all All procedures are not permanent every day, may differ and change based on whoever is the supervisor on duty no advancement opportunities Not enough Training provided, request for more training were advised to Google and Self Teach, even proprietary technologies
