Pros

raining was comprehensive but lacked structured mentorship and real‑world project exposure, making it difficult to translate lab practice into production scenarios. Limited opportunities for hands‑on client engagement; most work was bench‑focused, which restricted practical application of skills. Documentation and knowledge‑sharing practices could be improved — much of the learning was self‑driven without standardized guidance. Exposure to multiple tools and platforms was valuable, but the breadth sometimes came at the expense of depth, leaving certain areas under‑developed. Feedback loops and performance evaluation mechanisms were not clearly defined, which made it harder to measure progress and growth.

Cons

ench‑focused exposure: Most training was lab‑based with limited real client interaction, reducing opportunities to apply skills in production environments. Mentorship gaps: Structured guidance and senior mentorship were minimal, leaving much of the learning self‑driven. Breadth over depth: Training covered many platforms (VMware, Citrix, Hyper‑V, etc.), but lacked deep specialization in any one area. Limited feedback loops: Performance evaluation and progress tracking mechanisms were not clearly defined. Knowledge sharing: Documentation and peer collaboration could have been more standardized to accelerate learning.

Pros

Free meals and accommodation for employees. Hmo

Cons

The SDM tends to micromanage and often bypasses team leads by going directly to engineers, which can negatively impact morale over minor issues that could have been handled through proper communication channels. There are also instances where the SDM wants control over PTO applications even when the leave has already been approved by the client, which adds to employee frustration and the perception of excessive oversight. The PH site director also appears to have significant influence over HR processes and frequently implements policy changes. There is a strong focus on disciplinary action, particularly around attendance policies and the 90-day cleansing period. For example, even a minor attendance issue close to the end of the cleansing period may reset the cycle, which creates a stressful environment for employees and contributes to a culture many perceive as punitive. Salary is also low and this can company will always be a stepping stone to the MSP industry
