Pros
ITCS has a progressive leadership structure led by can-do managers. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the can-do culture. The company has grown from a start-up to 40+ employees in a short time period, and the managers still run the business day to day
Cons
Only 20 days holiday plus banks, no sick pay/ or extended staff benefits.

Strong workforce with some very able colleagues.
Cons
Poor treatment of staff. Constant over promise to customers with no ability to deliver. Poor communication internally.
