      Pros

      I work at this company during covid and that time we work remotely but this company quite good and well prepared so we don't find difficulties at all. Also the team are very good and friendly. I learn a lot during working here.

      Cons

      One opportunity for growth would be to implement regular salary adjustments to reflect contributions.
