      - Some great people working there - Stunning building, especially after the refurbishment - ITN as a whole is lovely - Some exciting stuff happening there

      Cons

      - Be prepared for just churning out Press Association copy with the first two sentences changed and a new headline as this tiny digital team in ITV News tries to compete with the BBC - Gruelling 11/12 shifts sometimes for up to 14 days straight - Favouritism and division rife within the digital team at ITV News - Poor leadership from head of digital and an aggressive digital editor - No career progression - I feel like there's too much style over substance when it comes to content
