      Pros

      ITR Group goes the extra mile to make all employees and contractors feel like they are a part of the team, whether they are a consultant out at a client site or an internal employee at the corporate office. There is an open door policy with the leadership team in the office so there is no hesitation to go to any of them with a question or to ask for their advice on how to handle a situation. The employees are fun and easy to work with. There is flexibility which makes it easier to balance responsibilities both in and out of the office.

      Pros

      ITR Group wastes not time contacting you for their positions. Their positions can be just consulting or contract to hire The team takes the time to describe the position and expectations before the client interview. If the client wants to interview the ITR team conducts pre-interview with you to review the company, the interviewers and any other pertinent information. ITR Groups offer 1099 or W-2 Employment. All W-2 Employees have the options of dental, medial and 401k. The 401k is a nice benefit for a consulting gig. The on-board paperwork is streamlined which is also a benefit.

      The benefits, although nice are on the lower end, but at least it is offered
