    Got to work and meet some amazing people and learned a lot about the running of shows.

    Cons

    Producers kept to themselves and rarely interacted with runners.

    Never enough researchers on the breakfast shows, they do the jobs of the producers, but aren't paid for it

    Great programmes / projects
    Excellent staff members
    Fun place to work

    Cons

    No career development or encouragement to progress
    Bad managers with no leadership
    Staff loyalty is taken advantage of rather than valued
    Bullying is rife because no one reports
    HR are on the side of the company NOT the employees

    Advice to Management

    Please train your management properly and hold them to account. Annual appraisals are pointless. Pays for staff to leave and come back rather than stay

    Everyone is very friendly, passionate and motivated, making culture is pretty good. Pay is fairly good in comparison to other media companies.

    Some of the directors only like dealing with other directors and not the employees that actually support them.
