I worked at ITV full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

ITV was the best place I've worked. It has a very family-community feel in the department and no politics. You really enjoy working with people and the role was challenging, yet fun. Everyone is willing to help and the working hours are super flexible. Everyone has the latest Macbooks and technology is great. There is also a lot of room to progress within the company.

    Cons

There is a lot of mix of working practices and not all the roles are assigned correctly, which makes it more difficult to deliver projects on time, but it can be worked around - albeit at a smaller pace.

I worked at ITV full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Great programmes / projects
    Excellent staff members
