Pros
There used to be pro's. Before the changes it was a fun place to work., now its just a place where everyone feels on edge. You learn a lot, but its only good for a short term job then its time to move on
Cons
Low Paying and you're expected to do a lot - people have favourites and its very noticeable, so others get left out - if you're older you get thrown to the back with no opportunities - good for graduates .... if they stay.
