Not a typical proposal shop and unless something drastically changes in the leadership it won't get any better. Anyone with any real experience will likely be completely disregarded based on "experience" that is non-existent. Anyone can be replaced and if you don't fall in line you will be. Other cons, it isn't a very flexible work environment. They don't believe people can work from home successfully. That and how can you spend all day in meetings if you're at home? There is some micromanaging going on based on the leaderships professional experience.

Poor onsite presence of Itility Management, lack of vision, awful record of client interaction of Itility PM, relying on inexperienced rookies to do the job.for them. Zero employee development and education programs. Company email is only used to send out maintenance windows for in house applications. Substandard benefits for morale boosters, events, etc. Highly skilled and low skilled employees are all put in the same bucket. Career advancement is zero.
