Pros

Few nice staff there. Hope they find new jobs quick

Cons

No organisation. The directors honestly have no idea what is going on inside the business or have an idea about the products they sell. Simply turn up once a week driving Ferraris or McLaren's to show off to the girls in the office. No training is given. Staff are employed on a bums on seats basis and the entire environment is like a large call centre whose business model is dial dial dial and sell sell sell. Not realistic in this day and age. Need a wake up call as to how to operate will soon be left behind and I imagine will go under financially. Have had to sell thousands of there customers to recoup money. Couldn't afford to pay staff wages !!!!!!!!!!! BE AWARE Always a funny excuse as to why salary isn't paid on time. Usually blaming commissions calculations (even though the cut of date for this is 2 weeks prior to pay day) The deals they do are in breach of ofcom regulations Honestly just a really toxic environment. Gave me a headache each and everyday and I'm thrilled to have left. Expect you to pay to attend the staff Christmas party and have it midweek with work the next day. Lol

Initially the commission structure seems good..

Goal posts are constantly changed Management undermine staff continuously If your not in the clique they are interested Treated with minimum respect by certain management Your ideas or queries are ignored unless it suits them Promotions are based on who you know, not how good you are at your job Certain Directors don’t have the decency to even acknowledge staff unless they’re wanting them to do something. Employee turnover rate is ridiculous as they don’t allow time for growth and if they do you realise what a joke the place is and leave anyway! Commissions aren’t all what they seem. Promises are gone back on. They say one thing then do another and say they never said that. As a lead gen, expected to be on the phone cold calling constantly however if your sales, you can do what you want, when you want. When recruiting, the staff will all discuss a potential employees look and the more barbie like you are, the more attention your given from higher members of staff.
