I started at Icon in the support team. I was quickly promoted and was given the freedom to really excel. I moved from the Support team to Consultant and finally to Senior Consultant. Icon really cares deeply about their employees, they want them to be successful so that the company can be successful. I worked on the consultancy side and was exposed to many, many different problems with many different customers. I never expected to work anywhere with such diversity of work. As a result I've learned a huge amount whilst being with Icon, far more than any other place of work. The bonus scheme is truly exceptional, I was able to max out in the last round of bonuses.
