      They were paying some people over 300k I heard

      Cons

      CEO has no idea what he’s doing. We lost the best people as they challenged him (He didn’t understand them or how to build products) . He fired them all at once :) they just happened to all be all be non white men… DYOR

      - Under the market wage (around 20% in my case) - Bad blood politics - Finger pointing culture - Micromanagement - Stressfull - A lot of late nights, bad work-life balance
